Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Intake/Staffing Coordinator to provide support across multiple departments. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations by offering administrative, clerical, and coordination support. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to multiple departments.
- Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and personnel file maintenance
- Support scheduling, billing, data entry, and recordkeeping for the Non-Skilled department
- Ensures compliance with all state, federal, and Joint Commission regulations and standards.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with payroll-related documentation, reports, and follow-ups as needed
- Respond to internal and external inquiries via phone and email
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
- Assist with audits, reports, and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associate degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of home health highly preferred
- EMR: Kinnser knowledge highly preferred
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
