Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Fairfax, VA for a Clinical Manager. The Clinical Manager will oversee daily clinical operations, ensure adherence to healthcare standards, and lead a team of professionals to provide exceptional home care services. Responsibilities include managing staff training, monitoring quality improvement initiatives, and overseeing compliance with medical and safety regulations. The Clinical Manager will also serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
