What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager, Behavioral Health position at Prospect CharterCARE, LLC?
Summary: Maintains 24 hour accountability for the delivery of quality, cost-effective nursing services for the department of behavioral health in compliance with all regulatory and licensing standards. Responsible for establishing standards for delivery of services, scope and evaluation of standards. Recommends purchase of capital equipment. Develops, implements and evaluates a management plan which include financial, clinical quality, human resources and professional practice components.
Education: RN licensure required. B.S. in Nursing Required, M.S. Preferred
Licensure: Current Rhode Island R.N. Licensure required.
Experience: Seven to ten years directly related experience.
