Job Description and requirements:
-Review applications and set up applicant interviews
-Post all positions on all job sites
-Conduct interviews for all positions and choose the top candidates
-Administers, documents and monitors all activity within the applicant tracking system and completes related documentations and ensure compliance with company and government policies and procedures
-Maintains high level of flexibility, adjusts quickly to plans changing and priorities
-Customer services oriented, high level responsiveness-Understands and anticipates needs
-Exhibits good listening, verbal and written skills-Detail oriented-Ability to accurately assess candidates skill set, motivation as well as company fit
-Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
-Willingness to learn and achieve proficiency
-Attention to detail
-Self directed with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Expected hours: 40 per week
