What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager of Training, Airports and Airlines position at PROSPECT AIRPORT SERVICES?
Prospect Airport Services, Inc. is a leading provider of aviation support services with over 10,000 dedicated employees located in 34 airports throughout the United States.
We are currently seeking qualified Field Training and Quality Control Specialists for our aircraft cabin cleaning department at Newark Liberty International Airport.
The responsibilities in this position would include, but not be limited to the following:
- Providing oversight, scheduling and accountability to trainers and training team
- Handling administration and assignment of business partner training portal and ensuring related record-keeping requirements are in in compliance
- Working in the field, mentoring and coaching aircraft cabin cleaning agents on process and quality control
- Conducting targeted training blitzes
- Performing quality and security audits
- Working as retention specialists and mentors for new hire cabin agents
- Assisting training department in new hire and recurrent training initiatives
This position would report directly to the Managing Director and work in conjunction with the Regional Manager of Process Compliance, Special Missions and Quality Control.
Qualified candidates must have:
- Minimum of 3 years of training experience in a classroom and field environment
- 3 years experience training process and/or procedures
- 2 years experience in quality control and/or quality auditing preferred
- Proven ability to connect with people and act as a mentor
- A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
- The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced work environment
Airport/ Airline Vendor experience a plus.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
