Prospect Airport Services is looking for a people-centric leader to assist and oversee the Ticket Counter Podium portion of the Passenger Service operation at Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW). Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring excellent customer service for all passengers
- Ensuring passengers requiring wheelchair assistance are assisted in a timely manner
- Coordinate with other managers/supervisors
- Assist in maintaining records of wheelchair passengers
- Direct employees to passengers who are waiting for assistance
