Prospect Airport Services is looking for a people-centric leader to assist and oversee the Ticket Counter portion of the Passenger Service operation at Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW). - Ensuring excellent customer service for all passengers
- Increase efficiency of staff
- Reduce wait time for passengers requiring wheelchair assistance
- Ensure accurate ticket counter logs are maintained
- Coordinate with other managers/supervisors
