Technical Program Manager – Automotive Electronics (Hybrid)

About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to support a leading Electric Vehicle (EV) Manufacturer. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in automotive electronics, ECU development, and electrical hardware program management who can drive cross-functional initiatives from concept through vehicle launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development and delivery of Vehicle Electronic Control Units (ECUs).
- Drive engineering schedules, milestones, and program execution.
- Coordinate with Electrical Hardware, Software, Systems, Vehicle Integration, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams.
- Manage prototype builds, validation activities, and production readiness.
- Track risks, resolve roadblocks, and communicate program status to leadership.
- Partner with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of PCBAs and hardware assemblies.
- Support engineering releases, PLM documentation, budgeting, and project forecasting.
Required Qualifications
- 6 years of Technical Program Management experience in the automotive industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or related).
- Strong experience with ECU development, Electrical Hardware, and PCBA.
- Knowledge of electronics design, validation, integration, and product development lifecycle.
- Experience working with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Excellent project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and leadership skills.
