Job Description:
SRA’s Robot Intelligence Lab is hiring a Data Collection Technician to support robotics research through robot teleoperation, data collection, and data labeling.
The top non-negotiable requirements are:
Hands-on experience operating robots
Hands-on experience with teleoperation systems (VR controllers, Meta Quest, similar devices)
Candidates should have worked with robotic manipulators/industrial arms; humanoid robot experience is a plus.
Prior experience in robotics startups, research labs, or companies performing robot data collection is highly preferred.
Technical Requirements:
Linux proficiency (required)
Ideally 2–5 years, but candidates with 6 months of relevant teleoperation and robotics data collection experience can be considered.
Pay: $37.65 - $38.18 per hour
