Position Overview

IQ Automation is seeking a Sales & Marketing Associate to support our sales and business development efforts while assisting with marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand and customer relationships.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, outgoing, self-motivated, and comfortable connecting with new people. You will play an important role in generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, coordinating meetings, and supporting marketing campaigns that help drive business growth.

What You'll Do

As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you'll help support both the sales process and marketing efforts that contribute to the continued success of IQ Automation.

Responsibilities include:

• Generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, referrals, and follow-up activities.
• Scheduling meetings with builders, remodelers, contractors, architects, designers, and prospective clients.
• Following up on leads and helping move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Maintaining accurate customer and prospect information within the company CRM system.
• Supporting the sales team with customer communication, appointment coordination, and proposal follow-up.
• Assisting with social media content creation and management across company platforms.
• Supporting marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Helping coordinate company newsletters, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Tracking marketing and sales activity metrics and reporting results to management.
• Representing IQ Automation professionally at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.
  
  
  

Qualifications

Required

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable building relationships and communicating with new people.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong customer service mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business software applications.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  
  
  

Preferred

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, business development, or related fields.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Social media management or content creation experience.
• Familiarity with the residential construction, remodeling, or technology industries.
