Visual Design And Brand Management
- Design visually appealing marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, event signage, and digital ads, using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all marketing materials, ensuring a consistent visual identity
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to produce high-quality design assets
- Develop persuasive and engaging copy for a wide range of marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, event collateral, and digital ads, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives
- Manage the creation of and produce high-quality and relevant content (blogs, articles, white papers, case studies) that address the needs of our target audiences; pilot thought leadership program to elevate internal subject matter experts.
- Craft compelling narratives and messaging that resonate with target audiences and drive desired actions
- Edit and proofread all content to maintain high standards of accuracy, clarity, and consistency
Event and Project Management:
- Plan and execute marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, product launches, and webinars, ensuring seamless execution and achievement of event objectives
- Manage marketing projects from concept to completion, including developing timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of project components
- Track and analyze event and project performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers across various platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Create engaging social media content, including text, images, and videos, that aligns with brand voice and resonates with target audiences
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and track key performance metrics
- Lead the development of internal and external communication strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Build framework for internal and external communications to identify communication objectives, key messaging, target audience, and appropriate channels, and establish process for review by appropriate stakeholders
- Advise on and contribute to internal communications initiatives alongside leadership, HR, security, and talent/recruitment functions; analyze formal and informal employee feedback with HR to identify opportunities to improve internal communications and employee engagement

- Must provide strong portfolio showcasing design skills
- Proficient in technology platforms and software applications relevant to this position, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, web content management systems, CRM tools, social media and other digital platforms, and project management tools
