AV Specialists has been Tampa Bay's trusted name in custom audio/video and smart home automation since 1995. We work on high-end residential and commercial projects — home theaters, whole-home audio, Control4 automation, motorized shades, outdoor entertainment systems, and more. We're looking for an apprentice technician to grow with our team.

What you'll start doing:

• Pulling and routing low voltage wire through attics, walls, and crawl spaces
• Mounting TVs and displays — clean, level, and professional every time
• Assisting lead technicians on installations and learning job site best practices
• Terminating cables and learning proper labeling and documentation
  
  
  

Where you'll grow:

• Whole-home audio installation and speaker placement
• Home theater setup and calibration
• Structured wiring and rack building
• Control4 and smart home programming
• Lighting control, motorized shades, and networking
  
  
  

What we're looking for:

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn — experience is a plus but not required
• Comfortable working in attics and tight spaces in Florida heat
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Good communication skills and a professional appearance — we work in high-end homes
