Base of $75k-85k, with total potential 1st year comp of $95k-$100k!

What You'll Do

• Lead & Inspire: Manage and motivate a team of employees, driving them to reach and exceed their sales potential.

• Develop & Coach: Track and analyze sales performance, providing guidance to your team and developing actionable plans for success.
• Recruit & Train: Attract, onboard, and nurture new team members using our comprehensive training processes.

You Could Be a Perfect Fit If You Have

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years in sales management. Experience in wholesale sales or flooring is a plus.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle reports, P&L statements, and numerical data effectively.
