What You'll Do

• Welcome & Assist: Greet and sign in showroom visitors, ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they enter.
• Support the Team: Help our Account Managers by facilitating the sales process, managing payments, updating order statuses, and answering inquiries.
• Showcase ProSource: Explain the benefits of ProSource to prospective clients, both trade professionals and homeowners, and invite them to explore our showroom.
• Schedule Tours: Arrange appointments for showroom tours with potential new members.
• Update Displays: Keep the showroom floor fresh and inviting by updating product displays and pricing.
• Maintain Excellence: Work with the sales manager to ensure a consistent, top-notch customer experience and keep the showroom in pristine condition.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Interest in Design: A background or interest in Interior Design is a plus.
• Numerical Savvy: Ability to understand and communicate numerical data, including discounts and commissions.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a general understanding of technology, including mobile devices and internet searches.
