What Makes a Successful Designer Here
- Organized, creative, and driven
- A designer who sells as well as creates
- Confident in 20/20 (multiple cabinet lines a plus)
- Experienced with both trade pros and homeowners
- Strong communicator who thrives in a team environment
- Sharp project manager with an eye for detail
- Comfortable coordinating with installers and contractors
- 3 years of kitchen design & sales experience
- 2 years of 20/20 software experience (portfolio required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Degree in Interior Design (preferred, not required)
- NKBA certification (a plus)
- First Year Earning potential: $65K-$75K
- Base Salary, Commission & Bonus Potential
