Job Summary: We are looking for an Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, HR compliance, and employee relations. This role helps ensure smooth employee experience and supports managers across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing accurate and timely payroll processing
• Administer benefits and respond to employee questions
• Maintain HRIS data and assist with HR reporting
• Provide guidance on HR policies and employment laws
• Support recruiting and interview coordination
• Lead onboarding and assist with offboarding
• Support employee relations and engagement initiatives
• Support teams with various tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes
• Enhance Organization Effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of HR experience
• Strong knowledge of employment laws
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with HRIS systems
• Experience in multi-state or fast-growing environments
