Key Responsibilities
- Managing accurate and timely payroll processing
- Administer benefits and respond to employee questions
- Maintain HRIS data and assist with HR reporting
- Provide guidance on HR policies and employment laws
- Support recruiting and interview coordination
- Lead onboarding and assist with offboarding
- Support employee relations and engagement initiatives
- Support teams with various tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes
- Enhance Organization Effectiveness
- Ensure Positive Company Culture
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
