What You’ll Do
- Track and manage the status of kitchen & bath projects
- Place, monitor, and follow up on all K&B product orders
- Communicate effectively with the sales team, customers, and contractors
- Maintain the appearance and organization of showroom K&B displays
- Prepare and present product selections and design solutions to customers
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation and updates
- Build product knowledge across K&B categories and materials
- Generate quotes and ensure accurate order processing
- Assist with design work using 20/20 software as needed
- Participate in educational and networking events for trade professionals
- Experience in sales and/or customer service
- At least 1 year of kitchen and bath design experience
- Confidence in preparing and presenting product selections to clients
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal communication and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (preferred)
- Experience with 20/20 design software (a plus)
- RFMS experience (a plus)
