What You'll Do
- Prospect for New Members: Conduct proactive outbound calls daily to identify, connect with, and engage trade professionals—including builders, remodelers, and designers—who could benefit from partnering with ProSource.
- Develop Your Territory: Strategically grow a book of loyal members within your region and nurture those relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up.
- Strengthen Existing Relationships: Stay actively involved with your current members' projects, offering personalized support and guidance that builds trust and repeat business.
- Consult and Advise: Learn about each member's goals and challenges, then recommend tailored solutions that add value to their business.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide top-notch support in every interaction—by phone, email, and in-person.
- Stay Informed: Participate in training, vendor events, and product education to keep your expertise sharp and relevant.
- Keep Records Current: Maintain accurate member and prospect information in our CRM system to ensure smooth follow-up and service.
- Achieve and Exceed Goals: Bring drive, enthusiasm, and a competitive spirit to meeting and surpassing your sales objectives.
- Collaborate With Your Team: Partner with the showroom team to ensure every client receives a seamless and exceptional experience.
You Could Be a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- A High School Diploma or GED (college degree a plus).
- A natural ability to start conversations and build rapport, especially over the phone.
- A sales mindset—you're motivated by growth, goals, and seeing results from your outreach efforts.
- Strong customer service and communication skills—you know how to listen, problem-solve, and present solutions clearly.
- Tech-savvy confidence with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital tools.
- Experience in wholesale, trade sales, flooring, or kitchen & bath is helpful but not required.
