Job Overview
ProSource Wholesale is a membership-based wholesale flooring, tile, cabinetry, and countertop supplier serving trade professionals throughout Northwest Arkansas. Our Rogers showroom and warehouse help contractors, builders, designers, and other industry professionals get the products they need to complete their projects.
We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team and help keep our warehouse, deliveries, and daily operations running efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming flooring, tile, cabinetry, and other materials
- Pull and stage orders accurately for customer pickups and deliveries
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Assist with deliveries to jobsites, customers, and other locations as needed
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
- Keep warehouse inventory organized, clean, and easy to access
- Assist with inventory counts and product organization
- Verify products and quantities against orders before loading
- Handle materials carefully to minimize damage
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse and loading area
- Assist Account Managers and showroom staff with customer orders and product needs
- Help with general warehouse and facility duties as needed
- Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with customers and trade professionals
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Dependable and punctual
- Hardworking and willing to stay busy
- Physically capable of safely lifting and moving flooring, tile, cabinets, and other building materials packaging often over 50 lbs
- Comfortable working on your feet and performing physical work throughout the day
- Detail-oriented and able to accurately pull and stage orders
- Safety-conscious
- Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Professional and friendly when interacting with customers
- Willing to learn our products, warehouse systems, and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, construction, flooring, building materials, or delivery experience is a plus
- Forklift experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to regularly lift and move heavy materials
- Basic ability to read orders, measurements, product names, and quantities
- Ability to do basic math
- Reliable transportation to and from work
