You’ll have a true seat at the table, working alongside leadership to build, develop, and lead a brand-new program designed to transform how psychiatric crisis care is delivered—diverting individuals from ERs into a more supportive, therapeutic environment.

What You’ll Do
- Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management
- Treat individuals with complex mental health and substance use needs
- Oversee and support nursing staff (RNs) and clinical team members
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary leadership to shape workflows and care models
- Play a key role in building a high-quality, patient-centered crisis program
REQUIRED:
- PMHNP licensed in NJ
- Experience in behavioral health, crisis, or community-based settings
- Strong clinical leadership and interest in program development
Salary : $175,000 - $185,000
