An exciting opportunity to join the founding team of a brand-new Psychiatric Stabilization Center in Morris County, NJ. This innovative 24-hour behavioral health program was designed to support adults experiencing acute psychiatric crises in a therapeutic, recovery-focused environment.
This is not just another clinician role — this is an opportunity to help build a program from the ground up, have a seat at the table, help shape workflows/program development, and be part of a groundbreaking initiative designed to make a real impact within the community.
The ideal candidate is passionate about crisis work, trauma-informed care, behavioral health advocacy, and supporting individuals with serious and persistent mental illness in a fast-paced yet highly collaborative environment.
SHIFTS OFFERED at ProSource Talent:
Must be able to work 3x12 hour shifts 1x4 hour shift. Choose between:
Day Shift: 7a.m.- 7 p.m. 4 Hours
Overnights: 7p.m. - 7 a.m. 4 Hours
Responsibilities:
- Provide crisis intervention, therapeutic support, and stabilization services to adults experiencing psychiatric crises
- Develop individualized Wellness & Safety Plans and crisis care plans
- Collaborate closely with APRNs, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary behavioral health teams
- Support consumers and families with transition planning and linkage to ongoing care/services
- Help foster a recovery-oriented, person-centered therapeutic environment
- Participate in program development, workflow improvement, and ongoing team collaboration
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Qualifications:
- NJ Licensed Clinician required (LCSW, LPC, or New Jersey Licensed Psychologist)
- Experience working with serious and persistent mental illness and/or co-occurring populations preferred
- Crisis, inpatient psych, emergency psych, or acute behavioral health experience
- Trauma-informed care experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
Pay: $65,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
