Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Specialist to support end-to-end supply planning, toller management, and production coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring raw material availability, accurate SKU setup, and smooth execution of third-party manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will work closely with external tollers, internal operations teams, and leadership to maintain efficient supply chain performance and support demand planning activities.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Toller Management

• Coordinate monthly production reconciliation with third-party tollers
• Support negotiation of production schedules and tolling capacity
• Issue purchase orders in alignment with production plans
• Ensure timely raw material ordering and warehouse transfers when needed
• Maintain regular communication with tollers to track production schedules and performance
• Provide required documentation for new product manufacturing

Supply Planning

• Create and maintain SKU records within the system
• Support forecast updates and demand planning activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, sales, customer service, and production teams
• Ensure accurate and timely supply chain data communication

Backup Responsibilities

• Provide backup support for onsite production planning activities
• Assist Supply Chain & Logistics leadership during peak periods or absences, including logistics coordination and issue resolution

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of supply chain experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with MRP systems, inventory management, or supplier/parts databases
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
