Electrical Superintendent Commercial/Industrial
Location Victoria Texas Employment Type Full-Time Start Date Immediate
- Supervise all electrical work on site ensuring compliance with plans NEC codes and safety regulations.
- Manage subcontractors and electrical crews to maintain productivity and quality.
- Coordinate with general contractors engineers and other trades.
- Maintain project schedules and provide regular progress updates.
- Conduct job site inspections and resolve field issues.
- Plan production and ensure code compliance.
- Oversee material procurement track inventory and prepare bills of materials for upcoming tasks.
- Keep detailed daily logs of site activity.
- Maintain high standards for construction quality and project documentation.
Qualifications:
- 10–15 years of experience in electrical construction with at least 5 years in a superintendent role.
- Strong background in large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
- In-depth knowledge of NEC OSHA standards and local electrical codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Experience managing electrical crews of 10–30 workers.
- Preferred Master Electrician license.
- Required OSHA-30 Certification.
- License Valid Driver's License preferred.
