Electrical Superintendent Commercial/Industrial

Location Victoria Texas Employment Type Full-Time Start Date Immediate

• Supervise all electrical work on site ensuring compliance with plans NEC codes and safety regulations.
• Manage subcontractors and electrical crews to maintain productivity and quality.
• Coordinate with general contractors engineers and other trades.
• Maintain project schedules and provide regular progress updates.
• Conduct job site inspections and resolve field issues.
• Plan production and ensure code compliance.
• Oversee material procurement track inventory and prepare bills of materials for upcoming tasks.
• Keep detailed daily logs of site activity.
• Maintain high standards for construction quality and project documentation.

Qualifications:

• 10–15 years of experience in electrical construction with at least 5 years in a superintendent role.
• Strong background in large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
• In-depth knowledge of NEC OSHA standards and local electrical codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
• Experience managing electrical crews of 10–30 workers.
• Preferred Master Electrician license.
• Required OSHA-30 Certification.
• License Valid Driver's License preferred.
