What You’ll Do:
- Conduct roof inspections and assess repair or replacement needs
- Present roofing options and solutions to homeowners
- Follow up quickly with company-provided leads, referrals, and inbound opportunities
- Present financing and warranty options
- Manage pipeline, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
- Coordinate with production and permitting teams after sales
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Generate additional leads through referrals and self-sourced opportunities.
- Deliver dynamic, company-approved presentations to educate and inform homeowners.
- Maintain a professional and organized appearance, including vehicle and sales materials.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork (contracts, financing, etc.) is properly completed.
