What You’ll Do
- Analyze warranty data, IQS, and customer feedback to identify trends and drive improvements
- Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions
- Partner across engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and dealers
- Support field investigations and quality campaigns
- Develop technical service bulletins (TSBs) and performance reporting
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field)
- 2 years in automotive quality
- Experience with field quality, warranty analysis, or root cause methodologies
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Exposure to powertrain or chassis systems is a plus
