BAI and RMA have come together as ProSight Financial Association, an organization whose purpose is to empower financial services leaders to strengthen and advance the industry.  The strategic combination of two influential non-profit organizations brings together BAI’s expertise in serving the retail banking and regulatory compliance functions and RMA’s experience in serving the commercial banking and risk management functions.  Our industry-leading offerings include: research & comparative analytics, decision support tools, learning and development, thought leadership, large industry events and executive peer sharing roundtables and forums.

As the ProSight brand is established, we will be incubating and bringing to market new offerings that serve the evolving needs of the banking industry. One of these will be an online Fraud Community focused on connecting and improving fraud-related communication within the industry. This offering is intended to embody the ProSight core values of Trust, Collaboration, Innovation, and Impact.

The Product & Community Manager will play a critical role in developing, enhancing, and scaling the community, which is intended to support hundreds of financial institutions and thousands of users who will rely on it to collaborate, share knowledge, and drive innovation in financial fraud prevention. This position involves frequent collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, a hands-on approach to managing and resolving issues, and a strong focus on delivering a seamless and engaging user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the online community, ensuring alignment with company goals and member needs.
  • Demonstrate a competitive spirit, a desire to encourage effective collaboration, and ability to inspire others to achieve excellence in execution.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to understand the unique and evolving needs of financial fraud professionals.
  • Develop and prioritize a content calendar and feature backlog with a focus on engagement, scalability, and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to create an increasingly compelling value proposition for community members.
  • Develop features that drive engagement and collaboration, such as forums, resources, and peer-to-peer learning opportunities.
  • Foster a trusted environment by applying content moderation and data privacy measures.
  • Recommend partnership and community expansion opportunities.
  • Work closely with UI developers and content editors to design intuitive, high-value experiences and engaging content that is tailored to professionals in financial fraud.
  • Lead end-to-end community development, from wireframes to MVP through release.
  • Serve as Product Owner, supporting project management activity to meet deadlines.
  • Implement methods for measuring, analyzing, and tracking engagement and optimizing the community experience.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, customer success, and business development.
  • Develop relationships with banking executives and fraud experts to effectively incorporate their perspectives and ensure the platform meets their evolving needs.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, challenges, and performance.
  • Analyze user feedback and usage metrics to identify opportunities for feature improvements or new content offerings.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in digital platforms & content, fraud management methods, and professional networking communities.
  • Execute thorough quality assurance, A/B testing, and other iterative methods to ensure continuously sound product performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree and/or certification in Product Management are a plus.
  • 5 years of professional experience building and scaling digital content, web-based platforms, and community products is required.
  • Extensive experience with online professional communities (e.g., LinkedIn or niche industry networks).
  • Deep understanding of community engagement strategies, content management systems, and social networking mechanics.
  • Ability to lead with initiative, to influence team members, and build consensus.
  • Proficient in roadmap planning, product lifecycle management, and market research.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects concurrently.
  • Familiarity with banking operations, fraud detection methodologies, and risk management frameworks is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in building banking technology, financial fraud management tools, or fraud-related fintech solutions is a plus.
  • Solid execution skills, high motivation, and a high degree of self-direction
  • Demonstrated ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to a high level of change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal (verbal and written) skills, including the ability to tailor communication to varying audiences to achieve desired results.
  • Advanced critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Prior experience within a high-growth fintech company is a plus.


The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000.  Compensation offered will be determined by skills, experience, education, job-related knowledge and market considerations.  This role is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on business results and individual performance.

We are a hybrid organization, offering employees flexibility to work remotely while fostering in-person collaboration when needed. We are initially prioritizing candidates located in or near Philadelphia, PA; Chicago, IL; and St. Louis, MO to support team connectivity through periodic in-person meetings and collaboration sessions. If a strong match is not found within these regions, we will expand our search to include candidates in other locations.
