We seek a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant/Coach to support an engagement for an independent agency of the United States Federal Government that conducts research into treating and preventing diseases affecting the eye or vision. The ProSidian Engagement Team will aid in capturing and analyzing data to better inform senior leadership on diversity and inclusion within the NEI workforce and develop a three to five-year strategic plan to improve the current state of inclusion through dedicated training, strategic initiatives, and community outreach.
The primary role of the Diversity and Inclusion Consultant/Coach is to provide diversity and inclusion services which could include trainings, workshops, and change management.
