Proshort is seeking a talented individual with hands-on experience welding and fabricating. Experience and skills in the following areas are highly desirable: * TIG (90% of work - critical skill) with stainless and aluminum * MIG * Metalworking with various gauges of steel including sheet metal and structural steel * Able to read and interpret blueprints * Various hand tools Competitive starting wage based on experience.
