Role Description
This is an remote volunteer role for a Principal Product Designer in Seattle, WA. The Principal Product Designer will be responsible for leading end-to-end product design processes, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design execution. This role involves leveraging design thinking to conceptualize impactful user-centered solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and continuously iterating on feedback to improve product experiences. The position requires contributing to and enhancing Prosh’s design system while driving innovation in creating seamless, aesthetic, and functional designs.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Visual Design and Product Design for creating intuitive and visually cohesive user experiences
- Proficiency in Design Thinking methodology to foster innovative, user-centered design solutions
- Experience conducting User Research and UX Research to analyze user needs and improve usability
- Experience with startup environments or entrepreneurial projects is a plus
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry-standard design tools and practices
