This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not employment.
Scope of Work
- General repairs & installs
- Drywall patching & painting
- Light plumbing (faucets, toilets, disposals)
- Light electrical (fixtures, fans, switches – existing wiring only)
No permits. No remodels. No heavy electrical or plumbing.

Contractor Requirements
- 1099 independent contractor
- 2 years relevant experience
- Reliable transportation & tools
- Active general liability insurance
- Valid ID and W-9
- Punctual, professional, reliable
