What You'll Do
- Administer and support the ComplianceQuest (CQ) platform.
- Manage user accounts, system roles, profiles, and permissions.
- Configure systems to meet business requirements.
- Support system updates, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Create user stories, workflows, process diagrams, and supporting documentation.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, developers, and vendors.
- Evaluate technical feasibility of business requests and recommend solutions.
- Support application implementations and continuous system improvements.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with systems administration or business applications support.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience working with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
