Financial Specialist – Pricing & SAP
Location: Westbrook, ME | Hybrid – 2 days/week in office
Pay: $25–$26/hour
Experience Level: Intermediate
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical Financial Specialist to join a friendly and collaborative pricing and billing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, Excel, and systems and takes pride in getting the details right.
What You’ll Do
- Implement and maintain pricing information in SAP.
- Enter and manage high-volume transactional data while maintaining accuracy.
- Audit, validate, and reconcile data to ensure pricing and billing information is correct.
- Research and resolve discrepancies and system/data questions.
- Use Excel for data management, reconciliation, and analysis.
- Generate and maintain pricing, billing, and collections reports.
- Communicate with internal teams and partners to support smooth pricing and billing processes.
- Follow established procedures and controls closely.
What You Bring
- Experience working with SAP and/or billing systems is a plus
- Intermediate Excel skills and comfort working with data and spreadsheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow established procedures and take ownership of your work.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-focused, go-getter attitude.
Schedule
Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office. Wednesday is required
Standard hours are generally 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with some flexibility around start time.
Pay: $25–$26/hour
