Administrative Assistant Part-Time
Our client is looking to bring on a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support their growing team. This role will begin on a temporary basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.
Location: Novato, CA (fully onsite)
Schedule: 20–30 hours per week (flexible days/hours)
Compensation: $30–$40/hour
Start Date: Before May 1st (ASAP)
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry
- Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding paperwork and employee inquiries
- Coordinate office operations and communication across teams
- Assist with project-related administrative tasks and vendor coordination
What we’re looking for:
· Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· AA or Bachelor's degree required
