We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative who enjoys meeting people, solving problems, and helping homeowners and businesses improve their properties.
Responsibilities
- Meet with residential and commercial clients to evaluate their properties
- Recommend lawn care, landscaping, and property maintenance solutions
- Measure properties and prepare accurate proposals
- Follow up on estimates and convert opportunities into new customers
- Build long-term relationships through excellent communication and customer service
- Coordinate with operations to ensure projects are scheduled and completed successfully
- Maintain organized customer records and sales activities
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management
- Comfortable working outdoors and visiting customer properties
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits
- $40,000 - $95,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions
- Company vehicle provided after 60 days
- Paid training and ongoing support
