ProScape LawnLandscape is hiring a Project Technician to join our commercial landscape construction team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and wants to be part of a team building and installing commercial landscape projects.
You'll spend your days in the field helping bring projects to life-from site preparation and planting to hardscape installation and finishing work. This is a labor-focused role, not a supervisory or project-planning position.

What You'll Do
- Perform hands-on labor for commercial landscape construction projects
- Assist with planting, grading, drainage, irrigation, and landscape lighting installation
- Install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, walls, and other site improvements
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
- Follow project plans, layouts, and direction from project leadership
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscape equipment safely
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and to ProScape quality standards
- Perform physical labor including lifting, digging, shoveling, raking, and other general construction tasks
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
Experience in landscape or construction installation
Valid driver's license required
Must be able to successfully pass a background check
Reliable, safety-minded, and detail oriented
