What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Foreman position at Proscapes Landscaping?
We are a 20 yr established Landscape Company specializing in all types of Residential and Commercial work around the valley. The ideal foreman will plan and coordinate with our supervisor on multiple construction/ Landscape projects from start to finish. This individual must be an organized team player who is familiar with all construction methods.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years foreman experience in Landscape/Construction.
- 10 years experience in the construction field including but not limited to Landscape Construction
- Responsible for performing hands-on landscaping tasks, ensuring quality and safety, and communicating with crew members. Must be able to assign tasks to crew members, supervise their performance, and provide direction and support.
- Implement, maintain and control project schedule.
- Develop and manage project schedule and coordinate man power to meet deadlines.
- Maintain relationship with on site General Contractor Supervisors.
- Knowledge in Turf, Tree, Shrub, Arizona Natives Care and new plantings
- Must have knowledge of all irrigation Controller Adjustments, Valves, Turf Sprays, Drip emitters
- Must have experience using landscaping equipment and tools
- Capable of preparing take-offs.
- Capable of reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and layouts.
- Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced setting.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) Preferred
- Company vehicle available dependent upon having a valid drivers license.

- Remains employed with the company for a minimum of three (3) months, and
- Completes a substantial and acceptable amount of work, as determined by management standards.
