Job description
ProScan Imaging & NCH Joint Venture is looking to fill 1 Part-time, Radiology Support Specialist position with overnight, weekend availability from 7pm to 7:30 am.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer calls and respond to emails from customers and radiologists
- Handle customer inquiries by phone, email or through company system
- Perform a variety of tasks according to standard operating procedures
- Enter patient information and case notes into system
- Research patient case notes and audit trail to complete case
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Follow-up with customers and radiologists as necessary
- Document information according to standard operating procedures
Education and Experience
- High school diploma (2-year degree desirable)
- Must be highly proficient in relevant computer applications
- Experience in medical office (preferred) and/or customer service environment
- Good data entry and typing skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology desirable
