The Engagement Manager (Cyber) will lead delivery of advanced AI-driven workflows for national security customers in the cyber domain.
This role requires exceptional program leadership, technical fluency, and stakeholder management. You will serve as the primary interface between engineering teams and operational users, ensuring delivery success, adoption, and measurable mission outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Own the full customer relationship, from senior executives to cyber operators.
Scope, deliver, and continuously work with the team to improve AI/ML use cases tailored to customer mission needs and feedback.
Lead cross-functional teams to deploy, integrate, and scale agentic workflows into production.
Translate the customer's operational requirements into actionable engineering deliverables.
Manage account execution, performance metrics, and delivery timelines.
Proactively identify gaps, mitigate risks, and ensure exceptional customer experience. Qualifications:
Active Top Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
5 years of program management, or customer-facing experience in defense, intelligence, or cybersecurity.
Passion for building cutting-edge products and being part of a winning team.
An understanding of AI/ML concepts with a desire to learn more and the ability to translate between technical and operational stakeholders.
Excellent executive communication, cross-functional leadership, and organizational skills.
Willingness to work onsite in Washington, D.C. four days per week and travel up to 25%.
Preferred Experience:
Technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, or related field).
Experience in cybersecurity or cyber operations within government or defense institutions.
Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or defense tech environment.
Location & Compensation:
Washington, DC/ Onsite 4 days wk
Pay: $180,000 - $2300,000 DOE o Base Equity
