We're currently seeking a Project Manager to take the lead on an exciting, high-profile Salesforce transformation projects, offering a rare opportunity to contribute to meaningful, large-scale delivery while collaborating with a talented and driven team.

• Used to Participative and Coaching leadership styles—you empower rather than dictate
• Skilled in running workshops, managing risk, and aligning delivery with business goals

You have…

• 5 years of project management experience in software implementation
• Demonstrated success delivering Salesforce projects across multiple methodologies
• Experienced in proactively identifying, managing, and reporting on project risks to ensure transparency, accountability, and timely resolutions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex, enterprise environment
  
• Experience in delivering fixed cost projects in a fast paced environment
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum and SAFe
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication
• A passion for continuous improvement—for teams, processes, and outcomes
• Bonus: Salesforce certifications or hands-on experience in Salesforce consulting
