Job Summary
Propwell is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Listing Specialist to support our leasing efforts by creating, updating, and optimizing property listings across approved marketing platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring listings are accurate, timely, visually compelling, and aligned with company standards.
The ideal candidate has experience in property management, leasing, or listing administration and is comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This person should be highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to work cross-functionally with leasing and operations teams to help maximize listing performance and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and publish property listings across approved advertising platforms
- Ensure listings are accurate, complete, and posted within required timelines
- Maintain listing details including pricing, availability, amenities, descriptions, pet policies, and required disclosures
- Review listing content for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency
- Audit active listings regularly to identify and correct outdated, duplicate, or inaccurate information
- Monitor listing performance and escalate issues related to low traffic, poor ad quality, or platform errors
- Support lead generation by promoting available units through approved listing channels and outreach platforms
- Partner with leasing and operations teams to confirm listing accuracy, availability dates, and unit readiness
- Refresh underperforming listings with updated copy, pricing, photos, or promotional messaging
- Track traffic trends and market feedback to support leasing and pricing strategies
- Ensure all listing content complies with Fair Housing standards and applicable advertising requirements
- Support process improvements and special projects related to listing optimization and marketing effectiveness
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in property management, leasing, listing administration, digital marketing, or a related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of work accurately
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create clear, effective property descriptions
- Experience with property management systems, CRM platforms, or listing syndication tools preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements and marketing compliance standards preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word
Preferred Experience
- Experience in single-family property management
- Familiarity with online listing platforms such as Zillow, Apartments.com, and similar channels
- Ability to analyze listing performance and identify opportunities for improvement
