ProPulsion Equine PEMF, LLC is looking for a passionate, knowledgeable equestrian with a desire to become Magnawave certified and provide PEMF sessions to our equine clientele in the greater Hudson Valley (NY) area (no Florida travel required). This will start as a part-time position (2-3 days/week) with opportunity for growth, and the pay rate will be $30/hour once training and certification through MagnaWave is complete. Driving and administrative work is paid at a rate of $15/hour. Strong preference will be given to candidates with a formal education in equine science/health. Job requirements: -Availability: part-time (2-3 consistent days each week) with opportunity for growth into a long-term full-time position. Note: this position is best designed to complement another source of income for a local equine professional and is not meant to replace a full-time career. -Excellent horse handling skills. Patience and gentleness with nervous horses is a MUST. -Some knowledge of horse anatomy, physiology, health, and performance. Preference will be given to candidates with experience and/or a formal education in equine science/veterinary medicine. -Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent in English. Spanish proficiency a plus. -Ability to create detailed, thorough reports for each PEMF session and email them to clients in a timely manner. -Willingness to learn and to educate people about PEMF therapy. -Willingness to learn basic bookkeeping, invoicing, billing, and general administrative tasks. -Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (extensive driving required for the position). -Willingness to travel to horse farms and showgrounds in, but not limited to, Dutchess (NY), Putnam (NY), Westchester and Eastchester (NY), NYC, Orange (NY), Ulster (NY), Fairfield (CT), Litchfield (CT), and Franklin (NJ) counties. -Seasonal travel to Florida may be offered but is not required. -18 years old. -Eligible to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available). -Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift 50lbs.
Job Benefits
Compensation and benefits: -$30/hour pay for Magnawave sessions after successful certification through Magnawave. Pay rate is $25/hour for initial 90-day trial period during certification process. Driving and administrative work is paid at rate of $15/hour. Opportunities to earn $300 /day for a motivated candidate. -Magnawave certification fully reimbursed after 90 days of employment when trial period ends. -Unlimited PEMF sessions for employee, their family, horses, and pets at no cost.
