Responsibilities
- Landscaping Season (Spring–Fall): Mowing, pruning, fertilizing, irrigation assistance, and general property maintenance.
- Winter (Snow Events, Part-Time): Snow shoveling, plowing assistance, and ice management.
- Landscaping Season: $20–$25/hr
- Snow Events (Part-Time Winter Work): $30–$35/hr – extra pay for snow events!
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 year of experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or snow removal
- Experience operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and snow removal tools a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards of property appearance
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow directions and work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic mechanical skills or familiarity with maintenance of small equipment helpful
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working on your feet for the majority of the day
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours during peak landscaping season and respond to snow events on short notice
