Spanish SpeakingLPN - up to $43/hrA brand new Adult Day Health Center is opening in January, and we are seeking a compassionate and bilingual Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support the launch and daily clinical operations.This role is ideal for an LPN who values community-based care, enjoys working with seniors, and wants to make a meaningful impact in a culturally centered environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide daily nursing care, health checks, and monitoring for adult day participantsCommunicate effectively with participants and families (conversational Spanish required)Assist with care for seniors experiencing memory loss or cognitive challengesComplete timely EMR documentation (Home Care GPS) and maintain accurate recordsSupport the RN and team with care routines, program operations, and participant engagementWhat Were Looking For:Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certificationConversational Spanish to communicate with participantsExperience caring for seniors (adult day health, assisted living, nursing home, home care, or similar)Compassion, patience, and passion for senior careComfort with EMR systems and basic computer skillsThere are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
