This is a chance to help launch a new program serving seniors in a welcoming, community-focused environment. In this role, youll build meaningful relationships, provide hands-on nursing support, and help create a warm and respectful experience for participants and their families every day.
Responsibilities- There are no bedside responsibilities involved in this role
- Provide daily nursing oversight, clinical support, and health monitoring for adult day health participants
- Communicate effectively with participants, families, and staff
- Partner closely with LPNs, program staff, and internal team members to support smooth day-to-day operations
- Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR system
- Support seniors experiencing memory loss or cognitive challenges with patience and compassionCredentials and Qualifications Needed
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred
- Experience working with seniors in a healthcare or senior-care setting
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to senior care
- Comfort with computers and electronic medical records
