Responsibilities:- Generate new business through outbound outreach acrossmultiplechannels
- Use AI to improve messaging, research, objection handling, coaching, and overall workflow efficiency
- Turn interest into actionable hiring needs and expand opportunities through referrals and adjacent teams
- Collaborate with internal recruiting to ensure opening are on track
- Help in refining sales processes,techniques, and disciplinewith an AI first mindset
Qualifications/Skills Required:- At least 2 years in a B2B Business Development or Sales position
- Bachelors Degree
- Past and proven experience using AI tools in a way toleveragecommercial sales processes which lead to profit growth
- Someone who see AI asanintelligence amplifier, not an accessory
