The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill open positions within our organization. Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Source qualified talent through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to passive candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Review applications to identify qualified candidates, conduct screenings and interviews, and ensure a best in class candidate experience.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, communicate with stakeholders, and provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and fit; administer assessments and recommend top candidates to hiring managers.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs while keeping detailed records of candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment process in the ATS.
- Employer Branding: Promote the employer brand and values to attract top talent. Participate in job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences. Contribute to the development of compelling marketing materials to attract candidates.
- Recruitment Strategy: Partner with hiring managers and HR to develop hiring strategies and provide guidance and support to hiring managers on Propio's best practices for interviewing and candidate selection
- Proven experience as a talent acquisition partner or in a similar role (minimum 1 year of direct experience).
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking system and LinkedIn Recruiter required
- SHRM-CP credential preferred
