- Greet visitors warmly, answer multi-line phone systems professionally, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
- Manage front desk operations, including handling incoming correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a welcoming reception area
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of all office records
- Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks such as invoicing, bookkeeping, and report generation
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling for team members or executives, ensuring timely appointments and meetings
- Support office management duties including supply inventory, filing systems, and general clerical support to enhance daily operations
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or via phone or email
- Proven experience with front desk operations
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), QuickBooks, and data entry tools
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
