Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Fulfillment Coordinator to manage and track order
fulfillment processes. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate delivery of
products/services, maintain documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve
issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and track fulfillment activities to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve order-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of fulfillment status and update tracking systems.
Prepare reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and customer requirements.
Required Skills:
4 years of experience in fulfillment coordination or related roles.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other tracking tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in telecom or technology industry.
• Familiarity with ERP or order management systems
