Snow and Ice Management Operator

Property Worx LLC is looking for crew foreman - snow removal & landscaper to take care of our commercial and residential contracts in the central Ohio area.

We need a reliable, self-motivated and driven individual ready to lead work crews to help maintain properties to our high-quality standards!

Job responsibilities:

• Preferred: Valid drivers' license and cleared to drive under company insurance.
• All types of equipment - from sidewalk clearing machines to articulating wheeled loaders, trucks, bulk salters, and skid loaders.
• Supervising, training, motivating a team and leading by example.
• Coordinating with landscape maintenance project managers on daily/weekly schedules, material/equipment needs and budgeting hours of crews.
• Coordinate with mechanic to maintain equipment, trucks and trailers.
• Field completion reporting using a smart phone app.
• Hands-on work required with crew members to complete projects in budget and on time.
• Daily job duties may include: mowing using commercials walk behind/standing mowers, push mowers, line trimmers, stick edger, backpack blowers, and hedge trimming.
• Bed maintenance work including: weeding, spraying, debris pick up, bed edging, mulching, pruning, leaf removal, planting and flower install.
• Snow removal service work: snow plows, snowrators, brining, shoveling and salting during winter months.
• Able to lift 50 pounds, be able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours a day and capable of working outdoors in hot/cold extreme conditions
• Ability to work Monday thru Friday with weekends during peak season including holidays.  Overnight hours during snow & ice events.
• Preferred: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial and residential properties with resume of work experiences.

Job type and schedule: Full-time / Monday thru Friday with weekends and holidays during peak season

Compensation: up to $45 per hour
