Lawn Care Technician - Central Ohio Area

Property Worx LLC is looking for commercial landscape lawn care fertilization technician to take care of our commercial and residential contracts in the Central Ohio area.

We need a reliable, self-motivated and driven individual ready to help maintain properties to our high-quality standards.

Job responsibilities:
•    Preferred: Valid drivers' license and cleared to drive under company insurance.
•    Responsible for applying fertilizer, pesticides, and herbicides to our residential and commercial clients’ landscape.
•    Responsible for aeration and overseeding services.
•    Coordinating with landscape maintenance project managers on daily/weekly schedules, material/equipment needs and budgeting hours efficiently.
•    Coordinate with mechanic to maintain equipment, trucks and trailers.
•    Field completion reporting using a smart phone app.
•    Hands-on work required with crew members to complete projects in budget and on time.
•    Daily job duties may include: mowing using commercials walk behind/standing mowers, push mowers, line trimmers, stick edger, backpack blowers, and hedge trimming.
•    Bed maintenance work including: weeding, spraying, debris pick up, bed edging, mulching, pruning, leaf removal, planting and flower install.
•    Position will lead into snow removal service work during winter months.
•    Able to lift 50 pounds, be able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours a day and capable of working outdoors in hot/cold extreme conditions
•    Ability to work Monday thru Friday with weekends during peak season including holidays.
•    Preferred: Minimum of 1 year experience in applying fertilizers/pesticides and using ride-on fertilizer spreaders.  
•    Preferred: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial and residential properties with resume of work experiences.

Job type and schedule: Full-time / Monday thru Friday with weekends and holidays during peak season

Compensation: Based on prior job skills and insurability
